Caledon - Limestone mantel and over mantel chimneypiece

A desirable carved chimney piece and over mantel in very hard Limestone in the Gothic Revival manner.surmounting deep paneled spandrels carved with quatrefeuille designs containing and forming a pointed Gothic Arch.....all supported on three paneled jambs.
Scotish, early 19th century.
